Coordination for every emergency.

Move incidents, status boards and alerts from phone trees and spreadsheets to one live operating picture. Built on the Incident Command System, shared across every agency in the response.

HOSPITAL SHELTER EMS PUBLIC HEALTH COUNTY EOC CAMPUS

One platform

Retire the stack of single-purpose tools

Most agencies run a response across eight or more separate tools, each with its own login, its own copy of the data and its own vendor. Stream replaces them with modules that share one record.

The Stream platform: one operating picture, every agency

We rebuilt the EOC around shared data instead of shared spreadsheets. Incidents, boards, alerts, resources and patientsall read and write the same record, so an update in one place is true everywhere.

The coalition sends a magic link to the on-duty charge nurse at every hospital. Each one answers three questions from a phone every two hours, the regional board fills in, and the state report is generated from the same numbers.

    Introducing Relay

The only assistant that speaks ICS.

Relay knows your boards, incidents and requests. Ask a question during an activation and get an answer you can act on, with the source record linked. It never sees data your role cannot see.

From a question to an answer in seconds

Ask in plain language. Relay reads the live boards and the incident record, then answers with numbers you can trust.

    FAQs

    01What is Stream?

Stream is an emergency coordination platform. It gives hospitals, coalitions, emergency management and public health one place to run incidents, share status, send alerts and track resources and patients.

    02Do our partners need accounts?

No. Facilities that only report status get a magic link by text or email. The link opens their one board and expires on its own.

03Does Stream follow NIMS and ICS?

Yes. Incidents use ICS roles and operational periods, and Stream generates the standard ICS forms. Exercises follow HSEEP.

04Which systems can Stream connect to?

Common sources include HL7 ADT, FHIR, CAD, National Weather Service CAP alerts and scheduled CSV files. Outputs include state reporting, webhooks, SMS and email.

05How long does it take to get started?

The onboarding plan takes an agency from kickoff to its first exercise on Stream in about four weeks.
